Join our intimate antenatal and hypnobirthing classes, designed to support you through your pregnancy and empower you for a positive birth experience. Held in small groups of 4-5 families at the beautiful Little Play Lounge in Padworth, West Berkshire, or in my cozy Homebirth haven in Burghfield Common, these classes offer 10 hours of face-to-face time, spread over four consecutive weekday evenings.
Each 2.5-hour session is interactive and workshop-style, ensuring an immersive learning experience.You can bring up to two birth partners, who will also receive takeaway activities to help them support you effectively. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other local parents, while also receiving personalized guidance tailored to your specific needs.
My classes combine hypnobirthing techniques with evidence-based antenatal education, providing you with the tools and confidence to approach your birth with positivity.
