Perfect for parents who have already attended NCT or for those expecting their second or third baby, this course offers interactive, immersive coaching designed to empower you with the essential tools for a calm and positive birth. Just what you need: Assuming you've done NCT or you've already had a baby, there are some things that you won't need to learn again BUT as over 70% of the families i work with are second or third time parents I know that there is still so much that you don't know, you don't know. So I stay focused on the best techniques to support you in feeling confident, empowered and advocated for Intimate Setting: Join a small, supportive group of 2-5 parents-to-be at the Beautiful Little Play Lounge in Padworth. Interactive Workshop Style: Engage in practical exercises, activities, and discussions that make hypnobirthing techniques easy to grasp and apply from day 1. Inclusion of Birth Partners: Up to 2 birth partners are welcome, ensuring comprehensive support for your birthing journey. Supportive Community: Connect with local parents, sharing experiences, insights, and building a community as you prepare for birth. This express course gives you all the essential tools and techniques in just 5 hours, making it ideal for experienced parents or those who have already covered other aspects of antenatal education.

Cancellation Policy
At Your Birth Story, we understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Please review our booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy below. Booking: A £50 non refundable deposit can be given to secure your place on your chosen dates. The remainder will need to be transferred before the course starts. Or you can pay in full at time of booking Cancellation and Refunds: If your baby is born before the course begins, a full refund will be given. If your baby is born part way through the course, a refund will be given for the sessions you missed. Cost per session will be calculated by the total monies paid, divided by the total number of sessions. Your Birth Story Hypnobirthing reserves the right to amend any course dates and times from those advertised. Booked participants will be noticed of any changes prior to the course start date. In the unlikely even that Your Birth Story cancels a course, alternative dates will be offered, or a full refund given.
