Cancellation Policy

Postnatal Doula Contract This agreement is made between: Kat & Rupert (Client) and Nicole Bryan (Doula) 1. Scope of Services I agree to provide postnatal support services, including: Emotional and practical family support. Assistance with newborn care (feeding, changing, soothing). Light household tasks related to newborn care. Support with breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and infant sleep. Guidance on postnatal recovery and well-being. Referrals to professionals if needed. 2. Service Duration & Schedule Hours per session: 5 Dates: Tuesday 1st April - Friday 4th April, 9:30am-2:30pm Schedule subject to mutual agreement and potential changes. 3. Fees & Payment Terms Hourly rate: £45 Deposit at booking (50%, full payment if less than 7 days’ notice) Final payment due 7 days before first session: £900 Payment method: Booked via website 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Client must provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) may incur a 50% charge. If I cancel due to personal circumstances or attending a birth, a makeup session or full refund will be provided. 7 days’ notice required to terminate this agreement early. 5. Confidentiality I will keep all client information confidential unless required by law. 6. Limitations of Role I am not a medical professional and do not perform medical tasks or treatments. My role is non-medical emotional and practical support. The Client is responsible for all medical decisions. 7. Liability I am not liable for medical complications, injuries, or damages arising from the Client’s choices. The Client retains full responsibility for their baby’s well-being and safety.
